I’m worried about the future of sushi in America (Japanese)

(Japanese) I’m really worried, not about my restaurant, but about sushi itself, like what it will become. I want the Japanese-style sushi to remain in America for a long time. There are some people that I know, the ones from our generation, but once we’re gone, I’m not sure how things will change. Sometimes I think about the future of sushi, on top of my business.
