The screening is being held as part of the Films of Remembrance Program following the Day of Remembrance program in San Francisco. The film is a 25-minute documentary based on the diary and letters of Stanley Hayami, a young man incarcerated at Heart Mountain, Wyoming, and later served in the 442nd Regimental Combat Team. Filmmaker Sharon Yamato will be present after the screening to answer questions.
