Bill Shishima and his son Marc Shishima stand in front of the Sierra Nevada Mountains. The Evergreen Baptist Church boy scout troop led by Bill Shishima and Tats Nagano hiked from North Lake Tahoe to South Lake Tahoe, California on July 17,1971. The Scouts were training for their annual 50-mile hike in the High Sierra Mountains in August.
